Quality Policy

The president of Sigma Electronics has declared quality policy that, we should secure every appropriate resource when we design and make products, and we should supply reliable products to customers and get continuous high evaluation.

  1. Through good communications with customers, we develop New Products in anticipation of customers’ demands and intend to improve customers’ satisfaction.
  2. We establish preventive measures against all prospective inconformity.
  3. In order to supply high-quality products at appropriate price, we keep improving efficiency of “Quality Management system”.
  4. To keep and improve supplying high-quality products we make efforts to train and raise staffs’ ability.

To accomplish this “Quality Policy” we are not only in compliance with the applicative laws, but also we establish “Quality Management system“ based on International Standard of quality management system (ISO9001:2008). And by making effective use and improving of it efficiently, we satisfy matters of request from customers and get trust of them.
